  CWC Statement on the implementation of less restrictive alert levels on COVID   With the recent relaxation on COVID – 19 restrictions in the Philippines, the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) reminds parents, guardians, and caregivers to take extra precautions, observe extreme vigilance, and reassess decisions when bringing children, particularly unvaccinated children, in public areas. This comes after families and children were seen flocking to the malls and parks which resulted to limited physical distancing, and with masks not properly worn on their faces.
