General Functions:

 

  1. Maintains index card of payment to creditors
  2. Prepares monthly bank reconciliation statement
  3. Prepares and maintains subsidiary ledger for Cash Advance, Prepayment, Trust Liability, Equipment, Fund Transfer and Cash in Bank.
  4. Prepares monthly reports on Cash Advance, Accounts Payable, and Liquidation of Cash Advances.
  5. Transmits the original documents such as disbursement vouchers and supporting documents of settled financial obligation of the Council to the Auditor
  6. Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Directors.

Requirements:

  • Application Letter indicating the position applied for and the item number
  • Updated Curriculum Vitae/Resume
  • Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet with latest passport size photo, competent evidence identity and thumbmark
  • Certified true copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma
  • Authenticated copy of  Certificate of Eligibility (CSC or RA 1080)
  • Certificate of Employment with actual duties and responsibilities and Certificate of seminars/trainings attended (if applicable)
  • Qualified applicants must also submit Copy of duly signed Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) or its equivalent. All applicants must have a Very Satisfactory rating during the last rating period to qualify (if applicable).
