A State of the Filipino Children Report (SOFCR) is being issued by the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) annually with a specific theme to give emphasis on issue/s needing more attention. The report indicates the latest situation of children, responses of the stakeholders especially that of the government and its partner agencies like the NGOs, CSOs and the local government units. Another important feature is the policy and programmatic recommendations that will guide planners and advocates on areas for improvement toward the welfare and development of the Filipino Children.

3. 2003 - Promoting the Right of the Child to Development

7. 2007 - Media, ICT and Children
8. 2008 - Children in Disaster
9. 2009 - Violence Against Children
10. 2010 - Child Friendly Governance: Focus on Resource Allocation for Children
11. 2011 - Strengthening the Local Mechanisms for Children: Institutionalizing Local Councils for the Protection of Children
